Four things we hold to
These are not slogans. They are the rules the software enforces, which is the only reason they survive a busy season.

A trip is a sequence, not a basket
Every trip we sell carries its own itinerary: days, nights, transfers and the order they happen in. When a designer changes one for you, they change a copy, so nobody else’s trip moves.

The price is written down before you pay
A quotation is itemised and dated. Change something and it is priced again, in writing, as a new version. You always accept a specific version, and that is the one you are charged.

One person owns your trip
The designer who builds the itinerary stays with it through booking, travel and the way home. There is no ticket queue and no handover.

What is booked is what was sold
Accepting a proposal snapshots it. Suppliers are booked against that snapshot, so the voucher you travel on cannot quietly drift from the itinerary you agreed.
What you will not find here
We would rather show less and mean all of it. So there are no star ratings we did not collect, no counts of happy travellers nobody can check, and no live availability on a trip that is built to order.
