The clearest water you can reach on a domestic ticket, with a ferry timetable that decides the shape of the whole trip.
Port Blair is the entry and rarely the point. Havelock, now Swaraj Dweep, has the beaches and the dive schools; Neil is quieter and slower. Everything moves on private catamaran ferries that sell out in season and cancel in rough weather.
