About Santorini
The caldera edge is the whole point: whitewashed villages stacked above a flooded crater, facing a sunset the island has built itself around.
Fira is the busiest and best connected; Oia has the postcard and the crowds that come with it; Imerovigli sits between them and is quieter than both. The beaches are black sand and on the far side of the island.
