About this trip
This is the only itinerary we build backwards. We start with the moment — which beach, what time, who else will be there — and arrange the rest of the trip around not giving it away.
The scouted location is a small beach inside the bay that empties in the late afternoon. We confirm access and tide times with the boat operator, and hold a covered alternative for the same evening in case the weather turns.
Everything goes to one nominated email address. Nothing appears on a shared booking summary, and the property is briefed directly rather than through the reservation notes.

The afternoon
A private longtail leaves mid-afternoon for a beach inside the bay that empties as the day boats head back. The photographer is already there. Afterwards the boat waits as long as you want it to.

Celebration dinner
A slow day, then dinner for two at a table on the sand with a set menu and sparkling wine. Images from the previous afternoon are delivered to you privately this evening.

Before you book
Important information
- Prices are per couple on twin sharing and are indicative — final pricing is confirmed against live availability for your dates.
- Peak periods (Christmas, New Year and long weekends) carry a mandatory gala dinner supplement set by the property.
- Hotels listed are the properties we normally book. If one is unavailable we substitute a comparable alternative and tell you before you pay.
- Standard check-in is 2pm and checkout is 11am. Early check-in and late checkout are requested but never guaranteed.
- Carry a valid photo ID for every traveller. International trips need a passport valid for at least six months beyond your return date.
- We correspond with one nominated email address only. Tell us at enquiry which address that is.
- The proposal afternoon is tide-dependent. We confirm the exact hour roughly a week before you travel, once the tide tables are firm.
- The photographer delivers images directly to you. Nothing is published or used for marketing.
Questions about this trip
How do you keep it a secret?
One nominated email address, no shared booking reference, and the property briefed by phone rather than through the reservation notes. The itinerary your partner sees has an ordinary boat trip on day three.
What if the weather turns?
A covered alternative is held for the same evening at no extra cost, and the boat charter moves to the following afternoon if the bay closes entirely.
Can we skip the photographer?
Of course. Removing it reduces the package price, and we can arrange for the boat captain to take a few frames instead.

Before you go
Best time to visit Thailand
November to March. The Andaman side is dry and flat-calm from November to April. When it turns, the Gulf islands take over from roughly February to September, so the country is in season year-round if you pick the right coast.
